A top company in San Antonio is seeking a API Microservice /Python Full-Stack Developer. This is a long term contract role. This position does allow for remote work.
API MicroServices Developer w/ Python
Like Shannon but w/ API- easy to talk too- collaborative- good thinker
years of experience 10+
Focus on microservices: python a secondary
Service Architecture type of experience and thinking
What is the logic exposed via the API (not just stand up)

REST APIs as a means of exposing a microservices have to have the microservices piece down.

1.Understanding rest and APIs in and out first and foremost
2.REST API DESIGN and implementation
Integrating and consuming APIs well rounded what makes a good API and WHY?
3.Microservices implemented- owned one of the services
4. Python developer (python and rest apis)
5. FLASK you either know flask as framework or you can pick it up quickly.


Technical Skills Required:
Python
Flask Framework
REST API Experience (VERY IMPORTANT especially with multiple languages and frameworks like Java/Scala spring boot)
AWS Tech Stack:
Lambda Functions
SNS/SQS
Databases:  Dynamo DB , Document DB
Docker/containerized apps
Serverless Framework is a plus; Front-End Single Page Frameworks is a plus
CICD pipeline automation a big plus TDD/Test Automation a big plus
